Mourinho will ‘stay in Madrid until 2014’

Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has signed a new contract for the next two seasons, according to El Mundo.

The Spanish newspaper reports that it is possible that Mourinho signed his contract renewal several weeks ago, after a meeting where the club agreed to an improvement of his assistants’ salaries.

Mourinho's contract was due to expire at the end of the 2013-2014 season, so the new deal does not mean an extension of the contract – but appears to guarantee that the Special One will be staying in Madrid for at least one more season.
